- battle harness (2; treat as light)
- torture dagger (d6L)
- Maharan’s sword (d6)
For her advancement, she’ll pick up a new career with a rank of 1 (Mariner) reflecting her recent time at sea (and with it a bit of the Sea Tongue). She’s also getting wiser, so raising her Mind from 0 to 1. More later…
I wanted to complete my last advancement by bumping up the career of Lothario from 2 to 3. He has used that skill a lot in his solo adventures, and also a bit with this backstory, so I feel it can be explained,
I will work on the summary for the backstory tonight if I have time on the Cryptic Writings if you want. I am suggesting that One-Eyed Norf and Valda have been asleep for three days but come out of their slumber and are unable to awaken anyone else. This will force them to make a trip to Thule and probably more importantly Zalut, the city of magicians!

I am good with all that. Consider me always agreeable and when in doubt, you simply can ask Mythic some things. If I'm not too tired, I can come up with our starting lists before bed.

I started a thread on the Cryptic Writings section, entitled "The Misadventures of the Lemurian Misfits." We received one response from an important VIP on this forum and for the game, who expressed his interest in following their adventures! I know you mentioned that you like to keep two threads, one for actual play and the other for out-of-character information. Should we keep this thread here to serve that purpose, while the Cryptic Writings for the ongoing action for in character?

Why not post the AP and OOC info on the same thread? That way it's easier for readers to match up the two parts of the game experience. That's the approach Andy Slack takes with his Dark Nebula solo game reports on his blog Halfway Station (a Traveller solo play).
And like Simon, I really looking forward to seeing what trouble these two PCs get into!

I agree with this sentiment. We can color code the in-character portion for clarity.
I'm traveling today, so it might be late before I am able to respond to the new thread.

Thanks! I am open to doing that. I must admit this is my first attempt at a duo GM-less campaign. I've only done the solo RPG and never posted it online, so I am excited. Yes, I was a big fan of Valda of Valgard when I first read her solo adventure online, while I've had a fun experience with One-Eyed Norf playing 3 solo adventures with him. He is always good at causing trouble!
I will open the adventure with a scene, using the out-of-character communication in brackets. Thanks for the advice and let's have some fun!
