I've been craving a post apocalyptic/fantasy setting akin to Dark Sun.

Well, not necessarily Dark Sun but you might want to take a look at Barbarians of the Aftermath and/or Carrion Lands.
Barbarians of the Aftermath ()
Carrion Lands (Ashcan Edition) ()
Both are worth a good look and you can probably plagiarise from them to create a Dark Sun type of setting. Also, for psionics, you might want to consider looking at the fanmade Barbarians of the Void setting (excellent work and well worth a read). The links in the original thread appear to be dead but you should be able to find a copy online. Failing that, PM me your email address and I can send you a copy.
Wealth can be wonderful, but you know, success can test one's mettle as surely as the strongest adversary.

The Everywhen rulebook also has a powers section, featuring psionics. Also, I second the thumbs up for Barbarians of the Void - a great fan made free product!

I appreciate the suggestions. I’ve picked up Carrion Lands, not bad. I've also started reading a comic series the Last God which has a pretty good back-story and would make a pretty good setting idea. They even put out a source book for the purpose of it being used as an rpg.
