Medium and heavy weapons got the same damage - d6. Is it correct? Where's the difference between them?

Because of the way HD works, heavy weapons tend to do more damage against armoured opponents, but you need to read the paragraphs underneath the table and read the section on combat to get it. You can't tell the difference just looking at the weapon damage table.
