I liked that idea, it is certainly something out of the sword and sorcery genre! I would assume that the next step is to have our heroes climb down from the wall and make their way to the Red Wizard's tower, which Kemila can certainly lead them to. Do you want me to set up the next scene or would you like to? You can certainly describe the scene of the chaos enveloping the city, your descriptions are far better than mine, but I am trying to improve upon them....ha!

I can if you like, but it will probably be in another 4-5 hours. If you get to it first, be my guest!

As I said you describe much better than I do, so I can wait. But I will set this scene...
One-Eyed Norf pulls Valda aside and speaks to her in Sea Tongue, "We need to make haste to the Red Wizard Riathu's tower. Only Kemila knows which one it is, so she can guide us. Guide us, but don't trust her! We have to rescue Delfina as fast as we can, this chaos will be a great distraction, but it might be a challenge to get through without being challenged, so I recommend we stay close. I will climb down first, followed by Erkill, then let Kemila go, and you come down last. Watch Kemila and stay close to her. At least I have been here before so I know my way around if I become separated. Good luck, and may Lady Piandra bless us with her luck!"
With that One-Eyed Norf casts the rope over the side of the wall, and as he watches the chaos unfolding around him, he slowly climbs down the rope with his kir in his boot, readying to defend himself quickly if necessary. As he reaches the ground, he sees several skirmishes off a short distance away, but too distracted to recognize his presence. He calls for Erkill to climb down. The barbarian warrior, still unsure of himself, climbs down but eventually lets go of the rope and falls to the ground to accomplish his task. Kemila offers the rope to Valda, "Maybe you show go next," she suggests.

Valda. 11 Lifeblood. 4 Hero Points.
Valda shoots the slighter woman a fierce glare, looming over her with a deadly mien. “I insist,” the northron growls.
Moderate Intimidate task. 9 + 1 (appeal) + 2 (barbarian) = success.
Kemila involuntarily shrinks away and takes the rope reluctantly for herself. Valda watches until the former Ragged Knave reaches the ground before following. She binds her red hair in a tail and repels quickly down to the streets of Zalut.
Chaos Factor. 7 (adjusted down since they successfully entered the city undetected)
NPCs.

Great Post and I agree that Bijou has served her purpose!
One-Eyed Norf
Lifeblood: 13 Hero Points: 4
"By Shazzadion! I knew the thief was not to be trusted, I did not think the barbarian was smart enough to do the same!?!?" One-Eyed Norf draws his cutlass, "Let us send these vile creatures back to the hell that they came from. To arms, Valda!"
Let's assume that the bloodless horde is rabble about 2d6 = 8
One-Eyed Norf Priority Roll: 1 (Initiative) + 1 (Mind) + 8 = success!
I figure each of them attacks 4 each with lifeblood of 8
One-Eyed Norf attack: 2 (melee) + 1 (agility) + 4 = miss!
Rabble attack: +4 (rabble) - 2 (defense) + 10 = hit!
Damage: -1
One-Eyed Norf attack: 2 (melee) + 1 (agility) + 9 = hit!
Damage: 5 + 3 (strength) = -8 (defeats bloodless horde!)
One-Eyed Norf sees the bloodless mob forming into two groups, one to attack Valda and the other to lay assault on himself. He quickly swings his cutlass at the bloodless attackers, but they dodge his attack, much to his amazement! One of the attackers swings and hits him in the arm, causing a cut that does not drive too deep into his skin. Enraged by the pain, One-Eyed Norf sweeps his mighty cutlass once again swinging from one side to the other, until he leaves the attackers nothing but fragmented memories of a horrid dream. "By Shazzadion! Back to hell, you devils go!" He looks up to see how Valda handles her mob of undead attackers.

Valda. 11 Lifeblood. 4 Hero Points.
I think I'll give Valda a bit more of a challenge. Three of hers are rabble, but the fourth is a tough!
Bloodless Warrior
Agility 1, Strength 2, Appeal -1
Melee 2, Warrior 2
Lifeblood 7
Mouldering Hauberk (light armor), rusty broadsword
Valda's Priority Roll... 6 + 1 (mind) = Failure! The tough gets to go first, then Valda, then the rabble.
"Back to the dark, spawn of the void!" Valda snarls as she rallies herself.
One of the larger shambling figures pushes through the throng towards the northron woman. He is a head taller than the others with the remnants of a thick hauberk draped over hulking shoulders. Within its eye sockets flickers the lingering memory of a warrior's spirit. He strikes with a thick blade of pitted steel with astonishing ferocity.
Tough's Attack. 3 + 1 (agility) + 2 (melee) - 2 (defense) = miss
Valda's Attack. Boxcars! + 2 (agility) + 2 (melee) = Mighty Success
Damage. 1 + 1 (strength) + 6 (bloody slash) - 1 (armor) = 7. Defeated!
Rabble Attack. 7 + 3 - 2 (defense) = miss.
Valda sidesteps the blow agilely, coming up on the fiend's left side. Her follow-through splits the undead champion in two, sending his desiccated bones scattering in all directions. The others attack, but she is able to parry their ill-directed blows.
Round 2! Next time, she'll need an even greater challenge. ;)

Wow! I hope Valda and One-Eyed Norf never have to face each other in battle, because Valda is a force to contend with for sure! I finished the fight, but I am not sure I made that clear by the post, so go ahead and finish up Round 2. If there is a round 3, One-Eyed Norf can jump in and help, but then we can set up the next scene which would probably be breaking into the Red Wizard's tower, since it's so close now.
Fact Check: Does One-Eyed Norf's familiarity with the city allow him to figure out which tower belongs to the Red Wizard? (Very Likely) + (CF 7) + 14 = Exceptional Yes!
Action Meaning: Communicate News, Swiftly Rough
(I have an idea as to what these might lead to, but I will wait for the end of the battle to suggest. I believe there were some escaped slaves who were involved in this fracas?)

Sorry about that! Will finish up tonight. Your plan sounds good.

No worries! I am enjoying this game! You have a great creative mind, and it's been a joy to collaborate with you on this adventure. Plus I am finally able to team up with the great Valda of Valdgard, the famous Ice Princess! I have been pleased to see her and One-Eyed Norf be able to team up so well. I must admit, I have no idea yet how they will get off this island, nor reverse the Red Wizard Riathu's deep slumber now that Delfina is their enemy! But we'll find out. Who knows in a typical S&S story, sometimes the answer will present itself out of the blue!

I am having fun as well! Let's see what happens next. Let me finish Valda's three remaining baddies. She is first against rabble, even with a failed priority roll...
Valda. 11 Lifeblood. 4 Hero Points.
Valda Attacks. 11 + 2 (agility) + 2 (melee) = success!
Damage. 3 + 1 (strength) = 4. One down
Rabble Attack. 5 + 2 - 2 (defense) = miss!
One by one, she begins to vanquish them until there are only two. By this time, One-Eyed-Norf is free of his opponents and faces the decision to immediately go after Kemila and Erkill. For the time being, Valda seems to be handling her own very well and it is only a matter of time before she finishes off the remaining pair of bloodless.
Round 3... OEN (my new acronym to save my fingers) has priority, but maybe he has other plans?
