Thank you for joining in! I myself finished up a BoLemuria/S&S Codex game and now am finishing a secret project which is a 2d10 variant of Barbarians of Legend that mixes Eldritch Ass Kicking with BoLegend and the online mud Archmage/The Reincarnation. Instead of being more barbarian focused this is wizards fighting for land, gold, treasure, etc using six colours of magick.

I bought both of the pdfs and made a comment about a game I want to run elsewhere here. I like Barbarians of Legend and I the more generic approach, to me at least, makes adding things on that much easier.
Like the Lulu option yet we have Bookemon which I think is far superior to Lulu printing and I smashed the two pdfs together to make a softcover to carry around.

With this spiffy sleek system I am thinking of seeing how far I can run a game. I am using the first two books and tweeking the following:
add an 'invoke deity' power that anyone can use. This is a lesser power than the Priest/Druid ability, yet it is commonly seen in mythology. 1d6+3+Wits+applicable ability to try to call upon their deity.
Color magic as per the old MUD The Reincarnation (was Archmage).
Snagging a lot from the original Black Sword Hack.
I even jazzed up the character sheet a bit.

Those are amazing, I understand the forum image thing and I will look into it.

Kudos to Ludospherik for the pdf drop. I have a German language hardcopy I bought a few years ago so I don't need the explicit version (which is not a big deal if you haven't seen it, a wiener or two, a vagine, maybe, nipples, nothing earthshattering). I am happy to see this and eager to see the softcovers after they are printed and get into the wild.

Thank you for joining! I am sure that everyone here appreciates new blood in the group. I approve the requests to join and I apologize if you have a long wait, 90% (or more) of requests are bots who think the answer to the question is either Battle of Legends or bill of lading. Kudos to lightwolf for making me look up 'jdr' as a French term for ttrpgs. Please, everyone, feel free to join in on the conversation.

Hello Terry and welcome to the forum! It is great that you are running an online game and it is not a problem to post here and there is a section below for seeking players as well.

And these are the strengths of the system. My BoL/Everywhen game is a:
BoL
RuneQuest
Palladium Fantasy
Stormbringer
-game with creatures from traditional D&D and folklore from around the world, old Harryhausen movies and a few cheesy S&S movies from the 80s (looking at you, DeathStalker 1&2).
The open mindedness of the system allows one to blend and mould the rules and setting as much as one wants to without a lot of fiddling or the class mentality of many games.

Pit Fighter, I can loan you some players, I get more than I could ever need. Bars, coffee houses, libraries, all are full of potential players.
