Will you ship the books from USA or from England?

I guess that would depend on who is doing fulfillment. If it's through Drivethru/RPGNow, they do ship from both.

DriveThru usually sends PDF's, I don't even take a look at it. Only printed version is worth of interest.

I know it, but BoL:LE it's only in pdf version If ya want to own a print - eBAY or LULU.

The current plan is for RPGNow to do the print run. So shipping will be US and UK based.

What about shippmnent if I pre-pay using Kichstarter? I'm going to do it, for I ask about it twice a week.

I'm clarifing what RPGNow will support. The KS pledge will either be a small fee for a book at cost or the full fee for a 'free' book from RPGNow. Either way postage will need to be paid to RPGNow.
