What tweaks do you use to challenge players?  Here is an example, what are some of yours?

Lesser Undead  - 3 hits/wounds, maybe one or two points in combat attributes.  When hit with non wrought iron or silver weapons roll a D6, on an odd number wounds are ignored.  Also a fear check is required against MND by any the characters' followers (but not the characters themselves).
